Within the Yusupov gardens of St. Petersburg, a familiar voice reaches out from a soft slumber: “Would you like a bit of sugar in your lemonade?” Her sunglasses perched upon her head, Polina paints with her felt-tipped brushes strewn about the wild grass – a glass of lemonade sits at her side.
